I wish they would give a better date than by the end of the month for checks. It sure would be nice to get it soon.
I just called today and they have no idea when they will be mailed and they are out of the office the next two days. Doesn’t look like it will be by the end of the year.
Ofcourse they got paid early thsts why they on vacation the least they vould of done was getting the checks to us before Christmas but it is what it is hopefully we get it for valentines day
I requested a plastic card and didn’t get it until a month later. Now that I have it, I can’t activate it. I get a message saying there’s a delay in processing payments. been about another month month and I still can’t activate the card. I’m starting to think this is some kind of scam. now
Super annoyed that these emails where hidden in “promotion folders “ I missed the deadline to for the settlement. How is there even a deadline?!
Anyone else been ignored emailing them. Got initial email last year saying getting 125 then havent got another an have emailed them multiple times with no response
Definitely check your spam box. If nothing- I would call them. You should have gotten a “payment coming” email recently- at least by now.
Same. They’ve been responsive to me up until the last few days when I had seen people were getting payment emails and I had nothing. So I reached out via email and no response. I’ll call soon though.
I have email 4 times and all have been ignored but one.Still haven’t received a single notification and I check my junk folder diligently as everything gets sent there. I don’t even get the generic “we have received your inquiry and someone will respond…” emails anymore
All digital payment emails have been sent and your email address has bounced back to us as undeliverable. This could be due to an accidental block, an unsubscribe, or a spam filter. Right now we have you scheduled for the check run which will take place before the end of the year and be mailed to you. Should you wish to receive your payment sooner, please provide us with a different email address, and we can include you in the re-issue digital payment that will go out mid-month. I just got this e mail. Has anyone else got this email. I’m okay with it. Just glad they e mailed me.
